Classic Margherita Pizza

Ingredients

1 pizza dough

1/2 cup tomato sauce

200g fresh mozzarella, sliced

Fresh basil leaves

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 250°C (480°F).

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.

Spread tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.

Distribute mozzarella slices evenly over the sauce.

Bake in the preheated oven for 7-10 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

Remove from oven, top with fresh basil leaves, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt.

Slice and serve immediately.
